SHIPPING

For Art Prints: At the Moment we only ship in India and shipping is free for all our products. These Fine-Prints take some time to produce. The Product will be dispatched within 3-6 business days. Then It takes another 5-10 days to reach the destination.

For Apparel: At the Moment we only ship in India and shipping is free for all our products. The Product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Then It takes another 3-7 days to reach the destination.

 

RETURNS

For Artwork: We take special care to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. But in the rare event of any damage incurred during shipping, incorrect product delivery please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the issue and we will initiate a replacement. For Apparel: All sales are final, no exchanges or return. We take special care to ensure that your artwork reaches you in perfect condition. CANCELLATION

Can I change, cancel or return my order?

APLUSB ART makes each art product especially for you once you place an order. We start the production process as soon as you place your order. Each art product is uniquely produced. Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded for production, it’s not possible to cancel orders as they could have already been in process of manufacturing or manufactured or shipped for you that’s why APLUSB ART does not accept cancellations, returns or refunds. However, you can cancel your order at any time within 2 hours of order placement. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it right away. After this time period, all sales are final.
